Processing
The desiccated coconuts are manufactured through our factory having BRC, IFS, HALAH, KOSHER, GIS, and EU Organic certified. BioValley commits to providing customers with desiccated coconuts of the highest quality through a thorough and transparent production process.
Raw Material
Procurement & Inspection
- Select certified organic mature coconuts.
- Remove damaged ones and clean outer husk.
Husk & Shell
Removal
- Remove the fibrous outer husk.
- De-shell to extract the white coconut meat.
Brown Skin
Removal
- Peel off the brown layer from the coconut meat.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Washing &
Sanitization
- Wash with RO or ozone water.
- No chemicals or bleach used.
Grating

- Grate the coconut meat to desired particle size.
- Ensure hygiene and metal-free processing.
Drying
---
- Dry using hot air at 60–75°C.
- Reduce moisture content to below 3%.
Cooling &
Sieving
- Cool rapidly using filtered air.
- Sieve and classify by particle size.
