1. Responsible Organic Sourcing
Building Quality from the Source
Our raw materials are sourced from farming areas where organic and regenerative agricultural practices are applied alongside modern irrigation and farm management systems. Working closely with farming communities helps us maintain the quality and consistency of our agricultural raw materials while supporting more sustainable production.
We focus on sourcing high-quality, non-GMO organic raw materials that meet defined quality and certification requirements for international markets.
2. Controlled Production & Processing
From Organic Raw Materials to Value-Added Products
Organic raw cashew nuts (RCN) and other agricultural raw materials are transported to our processing facilities, where they undergo sorting, quality control, and standardized processing to produce a range of finished and value-added products.
Our product portfolio includes organic cashew kernels, seasoned and roasted cashews, organic roasted coffee, and dried agricultural products, developed to serve both food ingredient and consumer markets.
Our processing and quality management systems are supported by relevant organic, food safety, and social compliance standards, including applicable EU and USDA Organic requirements, BRC, SEDEX, and ISO 22000:2018, depending on the product and market.
3. Distribution & Global Markets
Connecting Vietnamese Organic Products with International Buyers
After processing and packaging, finished products are stored and prepared for shipment through established logistics and distribution channels. BioValley supplies organic agricultural products to international markets, supporting customers across Europe, North America, South Korea, Japan, and other markets.
With experience supplying customers in more than 20 countries worldwide, we continue to strengthen our international supply capabilities while developing new value-added products for both global and domestic markets.
Traceability
From Farm to Finished Product
Traceability is built into our supply chain to help maintain visibility from organic raw material sourcing through processing, packaging, and distribution. BioValley maintains relevant records and product information across key stages, allowing products to be identified and tracked throughout the supply chain.
This approach supports product origin verification, quality management, certification compliance, and greater transparency for our customers, helping them source organic products from Vietnam with confidence.
