The cashew kernels are produced at our high-quality standard factory. All production lines are operated and monitored according to the quality standards of ISO 22000-2005.
For the other product range, Suppliers are required to have a Food Safety management system in place, preferably based on the HACCP principles
RISK ASSESSMENT
We are monitors Food Safety wherever possible through accredited, specialized laboratories conducting chemical and microbiological analysis. The frequency and different type of inspections depends on risk assessment for each products, which is compiled based on recommendations by internal and external specialists and our customers’ requirements.

BioValley is working continuously to monitor the organic integrity of its entire product range. Direct raw material sourcing from our farm projects and BioValley managed processing are a key element to controlling organic integrity and product quality all the way from farm to warehouse.
Our special concern to the control input of raw materials from the farm to the factory's warehouse. The control from the beginning of issues related to quality, food safety, its origin, helps to minimize the risks and ensure better quality after processing.
