Quality Management

1. Raw materials

The raw material areas in National Wild Park are equipped with modern and synchronous irrigation systems & organic/ regenerative farming techniques to produce high-quality, non-GMO, and clean products.

2. Production And Processing

Organic raw cashew nuts (RCN) and other organic products are quickly transported to the production plants, then sorted and put into the standardized processing lines to turn into many different types of value-added products, namely cashew kernels, seasoned cashews, roasted coffee, and dried food.

These types of products meet the standards of strict food safety certificates such as EU, USDA, BRC, SEDEX, ISO 22000:2018, etc.

3. Distribution – Consumption

After being processed and packaged, these products are quickly put into the storage system, loaded into containers, then distributed to supermarkets, distribution channels, and seaports for export.

Currently, BioValley products have been exported to more than 20 countries worldwide, especially to the most demanding markets such as European countries, North America, South Korea, Japan, etc. Moreover, the company has been researching many more value-added products to meet domestic demand.
